This deployment was built without a payload. The data does not ship in the repo (~490 MB, in .gitignore); it is rebuilt and baked in at build time:

oracle refresh && oracle features, then python scripts/export_web_data.py, which regenerates web/data/model.b64.js.

If you regenerate the data you have to re-compress it, or the site will keep showing the old numbers without raising any error.
